Meditation In The Park is a monthly event. This course' purpose is to assist in bringing awareness to our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being through (basic to advanced) exercises in Meditation and Yoga. This time we're doing it on hammocks!
Each course can be expected to extend approximately one-hour, and will be led by Instructor Ashley Hinds, of Flower Child Yoga Dunedin.
We will meet on the grass near the river facing Tampa Bay River Walk at University of Tampa.
