Appetizer- Cocktail Piglets – 2 Little smokies wrapped in a flakey crust with a homemade mustard dipping sauce.
Salad – Shrimp Cocktail Salad – Shrimp salad, avocados, cucumbers, and Cherry tomatoes, atop a bed of romaine with a homemade horseradish French dressing.
Entree – Steak Cocktail Crostini -Beef tips, roasted red peppers, spinach and a garlic aioli a top flakey crostini.
Dessert – Vanilla ice cream topped with the Cobbler Cocktail.
