DAVID ROSALES & HIS BAND OF SCOUNDRELS
Huntington Beach’s own David Rosales, returns to The Wayfarer with his rich baritone vocal, hopeful melodies and Band of Scoundrels in-tow for the release of his debut full-length album, Brave Ones.
The 11-track album was co-produced by Matt Grundy (Donavon Frankenreiter) and Rosales himself. The team took to recording in the wind-swept Southern California High Desert region inside an isolated log cabin dubbed, Super Bloom Studios. The album clearly displays Rosales' diverse songwriting prowess, as he blends his vintage sonic taste with fresh vision, channeling inspirations such as Sam Cooke, Johnny Cash, Ryan Adams and Nathaniel Ratliff.
Drawing on the wide-open spaces of the Southwest and the smooth textures of the Pacific Ocean, Rosales & His Band of Scoundrels are able to seamlessly weave an alluring landscape of Country, Folk, Blues and Rock into a compelling live performance that you won't want to miss.
TED Z & THE WRANGLERS
Ted Z and the Wranglers, of Southern California, deliver outlaw country-charged rock. Ted's catchy story-songs are fully-realized tales of love, regret, getting older, and getting in trouble. The band stirs up its Americana influences, featuring quick picking and bluesy slide guitar over galloping train beats and swinging shuffles.
Bound to the coast of Southern California, Gardeners Logic is looking for new soil in the ears and minds of music lovers everywhere. With roots seeded from folk, country, indie, and rock, they offer an emotional narrative on life, death, and everything in between.
