Are you feeling like your body could use some toning and strengthening after a long winter?
Pilates is a simple and wonderful way to Increase core strength, balance & flexibilty.
Tanya Proffitt, Pilates Mat and RYT-200 Yoga Alliance Instructor, will guide students through a twice-weekly, 6-week progression of balance, flexibility and core strength.
Using standing and floor core exercises designed to tone and strengthen the abdomen, back, shoulders, chest, and arms, Pilates will help you improve posture, and build a more stable and powerful abdomen and lower back structure.
This is a class designed to help you create longer and leaner muscles, increased bone density, and provide a firm foundation for your activities of daily life.
All props will be provided, bring your own mat optional. Pilates requires no experience, and all levels are welcome.
Every Monday & Wednesday, 6-7p evening starting on April 16th!
