Explore the power of self created sound to enhance wellbeing: we will be using breath, simple sounds and movements to ‘tune up’ our bodies, relieve stress and clear our minds. The workshop will include sounds that work with the body to clear and energize the chakras as well as simple mantras. It’s a great way to look after yourself: there are short practices that are easy to fit in to your day, and longer ones that can be used as a meditation. It is especially beneficial to practice together as between us we will create greater resonance.
