Meditation Classes for Everyone

with Gen Kelsang Sangye

In these classes you can learn how to make yourself happy and overcome stress and worry by developing and maintaining a peaceful mind. The classes include a relaxing breathing meditation, short talk and second meditation. We sit on chairs. Refreshments are provided. Everyone welcome.

25 April 2018 - Relieving family friction.
02 May 2018 - Living the dream.

Cost is £6 (£5 concession) per session or £21.60 for term discount.
