2018 Grapes & Grazing Wine Series Featuring Johnson Estate

We are very excited to kick off our monthly wine series with Johnson Estate, one of the best and oldest local wineries around.
A sneak peak of the menu:
1st course- A "Salad" of first of the year greens with Cheese from Reverie Creamery paired with Sparkling Traminette.
2nd Course- Local Asparagus presented in a variety of ways paired with Chardonnay.
3rd Course- Lightly Smoked Salmon and Vegetables paired with Founder's Red Reserve.
4th Course- Crisp and succulent local Duck paired with the truly unique Chambourcin.
Dessert- A smooth Brown Butter Custard paired with chilled Vidal Blanc.
