Himalayan singing bowls are ancient instruments that are used for deep relaxation, holistic healing, Reiki, chakra balancing, and relieving stress and anxiety. They produce unique multi-harmonic sounds that invoke a deep state of relaxation and naturally assist meditation. The sound of a singing bowl usually causes an immediate centering effect. The tones produce monaural beats that affect the bosy and the mind on a deep level.
