Everybody’s working for a Wednesday!
Come down to the Worker’s Club in Fitzroy on Wednesday the 18th of April for a boogie and a good cause.
Providing the gorgeous tunes for you on the night are:
Psychedelic rock band Pink Harvest make their surprise revival at the Workers Club in April! The last time we heard new music from Ronnie, Reahan and Djanko’s home-recording project was in 2016 with their album ‘Kind of Pink’. Almost a year to the day since they last graced the stage, it’s time for Melbourne to get their spooky groove on again.
2018 is proving to be the year of Majak Door already. They dropped their debut EP unto the world in January, and a couple of music videos to go with it. But big releases aren’t all the boys have got up their sleeve — they’ve been bringing their A-game, and their unique brand of shoegaze pop-rock, to shows like their EP Launch and Off Tap Fest 2.0.
Kill The Darling
The lush soundscapes created by Kill the Darling’s chilled, minimalist songwriting techniques are something that would perfectly suit a journey through time and space. Their attention-grabbing lyrics and song structures will occupy all the space in your mind for the duration of their set.
All the proceeds from the door will be donated to the Asylum Seeker’s Resource Centre, so bring a fiver and bring a mate!
