Yoga for Teens with Olivia Riddiford
Yoga is so beneficial for both the body and mind. We’ll use simple yoga postures to strengthen, tone and relax the body and bring calm to the mind. This 4 week series will introduce teens to the benefits of yoga and teach them how to incorporate it into their busy & stressful lives. All levels are welcome!
