Embrace the challenge and join our Intermediate Ashtanga class with Leah each Tuesdays from 5.30 - 6.45 pm (75 mins).
During this class, you will further develop your Primary Sequence practice of Ashtanga Yoga.
Ashtanga is a flow style of yoga taught as a set sequence of Asanas (postures) synchronised with the movement of the body (Vinyasa) and the breath (Ujayi). The Asanas are designed in a specific order to open, align and detoxify the body as well as the nervous system. You will develop greater physical strength, flexibility and mental clarity... and not to mention, greater connection to the present moment.
You can expect to get hot and sweaty! Some previous Ashtanga experience is desired. Start with our Beginners Ashtanga class on Wed night at 6pm or Sat at 9am, and then join us for this class.
Please bring a towel.
