This class is perfect for beginners to Yoga who want to improve their strength, flexibility and concentration.
Ashtanga yoga is taught as a set sequence of Asanas (postures) synchronised with the movement of the body (Vinyasa) and the breath (Ujayi).
The Asanas are designed in a specific order to open, align and detoxify the body and the nervous system. You will develop greater physical strength, flexibility and mental clarity... not to mention deep conenction to the present moment!
Expect to get hot and sweaty! Please bring a towel.
No previous experience is required.
