Yoga for Round Bodies class is designed specifically with the round body in mind. In these classes you will have the opportunity to explore yoga in a way that suits both your constitution and your anatomy. Practice and explore gentle yoga and mindful movement as well as restorative poses for deep relaxation, all in a comfortable, non-competitive environment.

Class meets from 4/12 - 5/24. Drop ins welcome.

Absolute beginners welcome along with any other “level.” Any size is welcome. Class is taught by Bobi Wilson.
