Meditating during a full moon creates calmness, mindfulness and stillness. When a group meditates together, a ripple effect of peace is created.

We will begin our practice with gentle breathing exercises, move on to moon salutations and end with a guided meditation while resting in restorative asanas. Svasana includes Chinese wind gong bath. This circle is perfect for those interested in starting a meditation practice or who want to build community with like-minded people.
