Every cell in our body needs oxygen in order to live. Using hatha fundamentals; breath, mediation, and postures, Bianca will guide you through a lung strengthening/heart opening sequence designed to increase lung capacity. The combined breathing exercises with holding postures strengthens the physical body, while stabilizing the energetic body. Bianca takes special care and attention to alignment and form to prevent injury and promote quality practice. The class will leave you feeling exercised, relaxed, restored.Mindful movement, mindful breathing, mindful meditation.
