This is the first workshop in a series designed from our 5 Senses.
The series begins with vision. Our day will be spent with turning our sights inward and outward. We will use our eyes to see what is really healthy for us. We will use our vision to look into the future and design our lives as we see them!

Designing your Life through Vision Boards. We will discuss how to put our vision into motion!

Closing Meditation. We will take that life vision and create intention through visualization.
Meditation -Vision through the 3rd Eye Chakra led by Lisa Piaser
Vision boards, lunch and beverages provided in day workshop.
