Join Julie for four weeks of mom and baby yoga this spring!
This yoga class is for moms with babies who are not yet crawling by the start of the session. We focus on movement (asana), breathwork, and meditation, but implicit in our classes is the time and space for women to connect, share, and support each other through the adventure called motherhood.
Through yoga, mamas will learn to connect deeply to themselves and their babies. We'll focus on strengthening the core, breathing deeply and moving through poses that release tension in the lower back, hips and shoulders. Our hope is for mothers to find well being, strength and peace of mind while meeting other members of their community embarking on the same journey!
*Please note that classes do take place inside the studio!
