In this breath training workshop, we will explore the nature of a dynamic, powerful, yet relaxed breath.
In time, we will develop the awareness to consciously influence the natural breath, to become fundamentally stronger, balanced and much more relaxed.
Breath training can be viewed, like all aspects of life, from multiple vantage points.
In this workshop we will specifically work through: The scientific foundations of respiration, the physiological responses of the body / breath axis, the connection between the breath and mental perception, the connection between the breath and digestion / absorption, the connection between breath and physical performance & the breath and its connection with our deepest true nature.
We will cover Yogic pranayama practice, athletic breath training, physiology and anatomy of breath work neuro/emotional patterning.
