Get a massage and a yoga class all in one!
Do you have tender tissues? Are you having trouble with certain yoga postures? Are you active with tight thighs, calves, and IT band? Do you experience pain or have sluggish circulation?

Get a fascia massage! No not a facial a fascia massage. Fascia are connective tissue fibers under the skin that connect to muscles, tendons, joints and organs. Like muscles, fascia tissue can become tight, stiff, and sore. Accessing deep tissues can be difficult to reach and usually only a massage therapist can venture into.

Using a foam roller, we’ll gently access those deep tissues by lying on the roller or using it to roll out tight areas. Gently massage the muscles and tissue which will help increase blood flow and circulation, bring greater mobility and pain relief, and give you more freedom to your movement. You will become more aligned as you release tension. During the class we’ll also do gentle to moderate yoga with some instruction in pranayama - breathing exercises.

Please bring your own foam roller, a towel, yoga mat.
