Practicing yoga during pregnancy is one of the best ways to keep your body healthy and your mind relaxed.

In each six week series we will cover topics related to prenatal health and preparation for birth with a group discussion. You will be guided through a yoga practice that is strengthening for the body helping to maintain endurance and muscle energy, breathing exercises to help with focus & determination and relaxation poses with meditation to help with any current stress or anxiety and increase body awareness and mindfulness.
All experience levels and all stages of pregnancy are welcome!!

$100/6 week series
If you are enrolled in either the Thursday or Sunday and need to switch one week this is possible just let us know ahead of time.

$20 drop in for a single class - email the studio to get a spot

Thursday April 5th - May 10th
Sunday April 8th - May 13th

If you want to register for both the Thursday & Sunday series it is $165+tax and please contact the studio via email for this option.

Upcoming Prenatal Spa Yoga: Thurs. March 29th
6pm - 7:15pm

There is always a special Spa Yoga class offered in between in each series cycle, it is a wonderful blend of restorative yoga with massage and hands on gentle adjustments plus a focus on breathing and meditation.
