In this 3 week series workshop we will break down the most common poses and transitions (dancer, lunges, planks, inversions) to ensure you understand how to make your aerial practice safe & comfortable. After completion of the series, you will feel at ease participating in the aerial classes on our schedule. $20 a session or $45 for all 3!
Week 1: Dancer, Lunges, Booty Wrap Inversions
Week 2: Planks, Piking, Sacral Wrap Inversions
Week 3: Combining week 1 & 2, Skirted Monkey Inversion & Vampire Inversion
Preregistration required. Please wear clothing that covers the underarms for comfort and hygiene.
