Energy Exchange: $25
Many of us empaths are here, in these bodies at this time, from higher dimensions. Or, alternately, we’ve spent many previous lifetimes in meditation. The way our society and culture works may seem horrific to us—how can people treat each other so callously?
We are designed to give and receive love, to share love with equanimity and are not accustomed or used to power dynamics such as force or manipulation. It is our tendency to give unselfishly that has attracted those who take unscrupulously.
Whether it is a boss, family member, friend or lover, as empaths we invariably come up against individuals who challenge us. There is often quite a strong psychic bond, as narcissists are uncanny in their psychic abilities to magnetize what they need to themselves. These relationships are about power dynamics and it’s all about getting and receiving power. Since empaths are natural “givers” we are thrown for a loop when we get hooked up with a narcissist or wounded individual who takes advantage of our kind hearted nature.
We must acknowledge the dynamic so we can shift it by recognizing the part of us that feels the need for power through association. We become powerful in our own right when we become conscious of our own patterns and stop blaming others for mistreating us. As we align to higher principles and allow the truth of who we are to blossom, we create a new path for ourselves. We create a new flow of energy and we begin to tap into our own authentic power.
In this workshop we will:
· Reclaim our power by identifying situations in which we’ve given it away
· Practice Kundalini Yoga and Mediation for heart-healing and self-empowerment
· Learn strategies for discernment and self-care
Spring is the perfect time to Dream a new Dream. Come be a part of this powerful practice and build connections with like-minded empaths. Our time to rise is NOW!
