Gentle Yoga for Back Care (6 class course)
Do you feel back stiffness after spending a whole day on a chair?
Does staying on your feet all day, make your lower back feel sore?
Back pain is the most common complaint that takes people to the doctors, we have experienced tightness or stiffness in back or neck. It may have been for just a short time, or it could be a daily occurrence, if you have back stiffness and tightness it reduces the quality of your day to day life and in extreme cases, stops your daily life completely.
Daily practice of few specific Yoga Asana (posture), helps to reduce stiffness, improves blood circulation and strengthens back muscles.
Join our Gentle Yoga for Back Care course, in six classes we will teach you easy Yoga postures, breathing and meditation to ease your back muscles and relax your mind.
Regular practice of this routine will gradually help to overcome the back issues.
