These 4 sessions of teen yoga with Sam include postures and breathing techniques to aid focus, build self -confidence and relieve physical, emotional and mental stress and anxiety. Deep relaxation and guided meditation will leave you free to achieve your true potential.
I also suggest bringing a friend and having a laugh, don’t worry about taking it too seriously, just take it as a new experience
