We will utilize warm-ups of Asana and Pranayama to prepare us better going into meditation. You'll have a tailored specific 1-hour evening practice to take home, built up by the above three components. We'll move through Annamaya kosha and via Pranamaya kosha we'll attempt to link up with the "higher" Koshas.
You do not have to have taken "Moving Into Meditation 1" prior to this class. Some meditation experience required, even if you still find it difficult but you have the interest to continue figuring out a way to make it work. This masterclass might help you. Also, it might be perfect for you who already have an evening meditation practice but haven't had so much experience of asana practice.
