It's craft time! Grab an old t-shirt and turn it into a fun and funky necklace. First, we'll cut the shirt into t-shirt yarn, then we'll finger-knit it into a fashion accessory! The whole process takes about an hour. It's a great project for tweens, teens and adults!

Please bring a t-shirt. This project works best on shirts that do not have side seams. Try to avoid shirts with printed logos and photos. (If the logo is on the chest only, that's fine. We'll be cutting the shirt below the sleeves and using that section to make the yarn.)

I have several pairs of fabric scissors. You can bring your own if you wish.

Suggested age is 10 +. Children must be supervised by an adult.
