I have been practising meditation for over 7 years and it has made such a difference to my life. It is my anchor line in times of stress, anxiety, low-mood or poor sleep. I also believe it has contributed to me feeling fitter and healthier than ever before.
Studies suggest just 5 minutes a day can begin to change your brain chemistry and responses to stress.
As a qualified Meditation Teacher I would love to share with you some simple breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques that you can put into daily practice to improve your health and well-being.

This class is safe for pregnancy, however is open to all - any age and ability, male or female.
If you have babies or children and would like to join us please PM me to discuss your options.
The meditation will take 20 - 30mins and there will be time to discuss the benefits of regular relaxation.
Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance at £5 per session or book all 6 sessions for just £25.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a small cushion/ blanket for your own comfort. Mats and chairs are provided.
Private 1:1 sessions or small groups can also be arranged.
