Have fun with electronics and coding every week after school during Term 2. Classes are kept small, maximum of 6 (please contact to accommodate a big group).
For ages 7+ and 12+ - Gain a basic understanding of ‘Physical Computing'; in other words, building interactive physical systems by the use of software and hardware that can sense and respond to the real world. Identify computer components, learn programming concepts using Scratch API (Application Programming Interface) with Raspberry Pi input/output electronics.
Pre-requests: None. Introductory "Make Video Game Controller & Coding" class helpful but not essential.
Objective: To Have Fun! Develop an appreciation for creativity, reasoning, problem solving and collaboration while having fun making video games. Understanding basic concepts of electronic circuits interfaced to a computer. Learn by doing hands-on physical computing activities to understand our human relationship to the digital world.
