Originally of the Virginian slip of Appalachia, Amanda-Gaye is a visual artist, bartender, poet, and lead curator of One End Studio in Gainesville, Fl. Her work imagines lush, post-apocalyptic beginnings for new humans in the Florida swamps. She is an avid “resuser” when it comes to her creations- all materials are magpie found, that is to say begged, borrowed, thrifted and stolen. Her poetry and art are closely paired.
As always, food and beverages will be available from our neighbors Downtown Wine and Cheese!
