NOTE: we currently have 2 spaces open for presenting artists in April. Presenters receive a complimentary membership to TTIS and an honorarium! Get in touch if you're interested.

Here's how it works - PLEASE READ!
Once every month, we'll have a TTIS Crit Night. Practicing artists in ANY MEDIUM (potters, writers, filmmakers, dancers, painters, musicians, etc.) are welcome!

-3 artists will present their work (you can get in touch with us if you would like to present at a future session!), and each gets an hour.

-the whole audience, made up of YOU, the practicing artists who attend, will offer constructive feedback on the work
-a different moderator will facilitate the discussion each month to help maintain an atmosphere of thoughtful discussion, kindness, and respect.

- we ask that you become a member of TTIS in order to participate (this helps us cover our basic costs since we have no operating revenue!) and you can do this in cash or cheque at the event itself.

-peer critique can help you LEVEL UP in ways you never imagined, and help you see your work and process with new eyes! So valuable!

-don't worry that the criticism you offer needs to sound a certain way, the moderator is there to help everyone through it and all thoughtful feedback is helpful. Plus it's a great chance to engage in critical dialogue with fellow artists!

-Presenting artists can present new work, old work, work-in-progress, the idea of work, a proposal they're working on, anything you want feedback on.
