“Mind Games”--A Unique Educational Event to Advance Relationship Violence and Abuse (RVA) Awareness

This professional play brings to life the dynamics encountered in Relationship Violence and Abuse (RVA). The unique experience engages audiences with dramatization of a relationship from start to finish. Performed by Spanner in the Works Theater Company (SITW) which was established in Ireland in 1998. They bring 20 years of experience in theatre and workshops with leadership by Patricia Downey, internationally acclaimed director and writer. The play is facilitated by Every Great Reason (EGR), a nonprofit foundation which has brought RVA Awareness programs to over one million people. “Every person has Every Great Reason to live, truly be alive and lead a wonderful life.” The foundation was started by Ellen Gregory Robb’s brother Gary Gregory after she was brutally murdered by her husband in 2006. Ellen is an alumna of Philadelphia University.
