In this workshop, I will guide you through activities designed to help release the words within you in a positive and creative way. Our focus will be on mindfulness and calm. We’ll explore living in the moment, do some writing based on creative visualization, and write for positivity. Writing for Wellbeing increases self-awareness, fosters clarity and insight, and lifts your mood.

Remember – writing is good for you! No previous writing experience is needed, all writing levels welcome. Just bring a notebook and a pen, and your own wonderful enthusiasm to give it a go!
