Join Make Beautiful Change and Baltimore Sound Massage for an afternoon of movement, breath and sound. Find tranquility and relaxation through energetic movement and sound resonating from Himalayan singing bowls played on the eve of the full blue moon.
Experience the Magic of Movement + Sound. We will open our time together with energetic movement practices and breath to support the heart and throat chakras, encouraging communication between these two energetic centers. Then, we will move into stillness and rest in savasana (laying down) for a 45 minute Sound Bath, where we will have the opportunity to deeply listen within ourselves. Please bring extra blankets and/or (eye) pillows, to ensure comfort.
We will integrate the experience with a few minutes of silence and conclude with grounding and connection: tea, snacks and conversation. These sound healing techniques activate each chakra, massage your subtle bodies, and are designed to resonate with the higher frequencies of consciousness as you are guided to an inner journey to amplify the vision of life in a wider scape.

ABOUT Baltimore Sound Massage
Nada Brahma is the Vedic concept that the world is sound, the world is vibration. A healthy individual will yield harmonious vibrations; therefore, harmonious vibrations will yield a healthy individual. When a body’s vibrations remain out of harmony for a period of time, the individual becomes unwell.
Elaine Wujcik is the founder of Baltimore Sound Massage. In 2013 she began exploring singing bowls as a tool for greater self-awareness (and self care), after observing the missing component of holistic care in her work as a Registered Nurse. Understanding the need for holistic tools to support wellbeing and after experiencing the many benefits from the Sound-Massage practice herself, Elaine became a Peter Hess Sound Practitioner in 2015 offering Individual Sound-Massage as well as group Sound Baths. Elaine received her RYT-200 in 2017 under the guidance of Yogini Kali Om of the Sri Dharma Mittra lineage and holds a certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching.
