Sunset Hooping & Early Bird Spin Times!
Mondays 7-8 pm -4 weeks - June 4, 11, 18, & 25th
Fridays 8:15-9:15 am - 4 weeks -June 1,8,15, & 22nd

Class covers basic hooping for beginners including on body, off body, like with the arms, and with the feet. Explore moving your body in a new way using gracefully flowing movements. If you hoop already, still come join us & jam! Bring a towel or yoga mat to lie back in grass to practice foot hooping. Hoop supplied in class. Option to buy class hoop additional to take home or find out about other options for decorative hoops sized just for you. Class held outside usually, weather permitting. Poi is swinging tethered weights in a rythmic motion and has some similarities with hoop moves. Come join in on some new flow art!
