Friday the 13th we'll be bringing the funk! As part of NH Craft Beer Week #nhcbw18, we'll be hosting Friday the Funkteenth all day April 13th from 11am-9pm. Funky beer, funky food, and, of course, funk music all day!
Look for four special beers we'll be pulling from our cellars:
- White wine barrel-aged Master of Art Saison. Dry, peppery, and fruity.
- A cuvée of two extra pale ale barrel-fermented beers. One 100% brett fermented in a white wine barrel with Cashmere and Citra hops, and the other 100% brett fermented in a gin barrel with El Dorado and Citra hops. This beer showcases a nice lemon character. If you like barnyard funky beers, you are going to love this one!
- Gin barrel-aged Soggy Donkey. Heady aroma of brett spice and fruit, layers of big & juicy tropical fruit flavors - ending with a bit of a sour, peppery zing.
- Port barrel-aged Stout #3. Chocolatey and roasty, with notes of smoke.
Expect funky flavor combinations for our menu specials, such as our Elvis Grilled Cheese Sandwich with bacon, peanut butter, jelly, and melty chihuahua cheese. We're also pretty sure our house made kimchi will hit the menu in some unexpected format.
And speaking of format, we'll be spinning funk music all day, of course!
