Learn the fundamentals of MMA and Muay Thai in a fun friendly environment. The class is one hour with a combination of cardio, strength training and skill building drills. Get the body of a fighter without being hurt! Classes are Monday Wednesday and Friday. This is an 8 week course and it's 80 per month. You are also welcome to attend our other classes. All you need is workout clothes and boxing gloves.
