We will Learn Mind body connection while linking breath to movement in this class. Giving plenty of time during postures to align the body, make modifications and engage the body. Postures can be modified and strengthened, without feeling rushed into the next move, next breath, or next pose. Slow flow allows time to become familiar with the body, create a reflective pause, and create the time to go inward. Enjoy flowing through sun salutations , as well as a nice savasana, breath work, and meditation.
