Our unique format caters for all fitness levels and is designed for you to experience the full benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost, plus have a little fun at the same time.

Better still, come and try a session for FREE before joining a regular class!

The classes are a combination of circuit / intervals, resistance & core training and focus on functional strength & fitness. Our sister studio also provides Spinning and Pilates classes
