Do you keep hearing about this wonderous, fermented drink that everybody seems to be talking about?
Do you want to learn more about its reported health benefits, and why so many people are now including it in their everyday diet?
Join us on our Introduction to Kombucha workshop, and unravel the mystery of this ancient elixir.
We’ll talk about its history and uses, and show you how easy it is to brew your own at home, with minimum cost but maximum benefit. And you’ll get to take home your own starter culture too, so you can start brewing straight away!
You’re welcome to arrive for refreshments from 10am and we’ll begin pomptly at 10.30am.
There is free parking on site either directly outside the centre and in any unmarked spaces on the business park.
As these workshops are growing in popularity, if you register and cannot attend, please let us know so we can offer your place to somebody else.
Please note the following:
1. Together Against Cancer (TAC) is a registered charity and offers this workshop on a free or by donation basis (donatons may be made on the day and are entirely voluntary).
2. The workshop is open to everyone over the age of 18.
3. Photographs may be taken at the workshop, which we may use in our publications and social media.
See you there!
