Danielle Mercer is an International Yoga Teacher Trainer who travels around the world sharing her passion for cultivating mindfulness through Yin Yoga & meditation. She highly emphasizes and embraces the importance of being able to express our innate individuality and teaches her students tools on the mat that they can use to deal with life.
She loves challenging her students with self-inquiry and the art of stillness. She has chosen to dedicate her life to inspiring others to venture outside of their comfort zones and find their inner peace. Danielle is a RYT-500 (E-RYT 200 and RYT-300) in Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, and Yin.
