During our tasting party, we will talk about nutrition, workouts and goals!

Our Focus: Giving your body what it needs (and wants!) to feel HEALTHY and VIBRANT! You’ll be NOURISHING your body with DELICIOUS recipes that are simple to make and flooded with vitamins and minerals.

Because over the next 6 weeks, you’ll experience a major transformation not just in how your body looks, but in how you feel, think, and move.

This challenge is all about GREAT NUTRITION.

We’ll be eating delicious high-quality proteins, healthy fats, nutrient-dense greens, and real fruits and vegetables.

Along with this challenge, you'll pair some incredible workouts that push you to be your very best! Pairing strength, cardio and fabulous nutrition will be the key to your success this summer!
