We are ecstatic to announce that we've hired Chef Ben Clay to roll out a Happy Hour food menu at Top Ten Wines! Starting Thursday, April 12, and continuing every day we are open, from 4-8PM we will offer a 5-7 item menu!
Ben originally worked for Paul (Top Ten's Owner) at Cherry Street Wine Cellar from 1999 to 2003. He attended The New England Culinary Institute in Burlington, Vermont, during which time he completed two internships at Sweet Basil in Vaillancourt, Colorado. After culinary school Ben moved back to Columbia and was the Head Chef at Les Bourgeois. In 2010 he moved to Minneapolis where he worked at multiple high end restaurants before deciding to come back to Columbia (a geographic trajectory more than a few of us will recognize from our own lives).
