Yin Yoga allows us to work the deeper 'yin' tissues: the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, the deep fascial networks and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active 'yang' style of asana practice. The more active style of yoga tends to target the lengthening and contracting of muscles
Suitable for almost all levels of students. Yin Yoga provides physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual benefits. Yin Yoga is simple, but simple does not mean easy!
