Fear and Depression Workshop, Newmarket. This workshop includes breathing techniques (pranayama), yoga postures, body sensing yoga and mindfulness and meditation. We will explore and learn about fear and depression. We will look at some of the conventional ways to deal with depression. We will explore how fear and depression affects us physically, mentally and emotionally. We will explore any tension, tightness or restricted range of movement in certain areas in our bodies. We will then use breathing, yoga and meditation to help with physical, mental and emotional releases. Please feel free to attend if you have not practised yoga before, as most postures are modified to suit each person.
