Managing Resentment Workshop, Newmarket. This workshop includes breathing techniques (pranayama), yoga postures, body sensing yoga and mindfulness and meditation. We will explore and learn about resentment and the impact it has on us physically, mentally and emotionally. We will use yoga to uncover how resentment is held in the body, and how we can help to release it. We will also learn and use mindfulness techniques to help us with existing resentment and then how to notice resentment appearing in the future.
