Thoughts and Beliefs Workshop, Newmarket. This workshop includes breathing techniques (pranayama), yoga postures, body sensing yoga and mindfulness and meditation. We will explore and learn about our thoughts patterns and beliefs, how and why we become fused with or ignore our thoughts and beliefs, and how we can change our patterns. We will explore any tension, tightness or restricted range of movement in certain areas in our bodies. We will then use breathing, yoga and meditation to help with physical, mental and emotional releases. Please feel free to attend if you have not practised yoga before, as most postures are modified to suit each person.
