Legs and Gluts Workshop, Newmarket. This workshop includes breathing techniques (pranayama), yoga postures, body sensing yoga and mindfulness meditation. We will explore the relationships and movements of the legs and the gluteals. We will explore any tension, tightness or restricted range of movement in these areas. We will then use breathing, yoga and meditation to help with physical, mental and emotional releases. Although we are focusing on these areas we will be moving our whole bodies. Please feel free to attend if you have not practised yoga before, as most postures are modified to suit each person.
