A Rhythmic Guide to Leadership

Get Directions

#var:page_name# cover

The role of a drum circle facilitator (DCF) is to help a group of drummers maximize their potential to play together as a rhythmical orchestra.

Through a four-step leadership process, a skilled facilitator can guide a group of non-drummers to performance level in under an hour.

These skills, however, are not unique to drum circle facilitation. Using the drum circle as a metaphor, we'll examine some of the key principles of drum circle facilitation and explore how they can help you develop your business leadership skills.

Whether you are a team leader, a department manager, or the company CEO, the drum circle experience will help reveal the skills you need to keep your business rocking.

• Understand the importance of listening and working together,
unity through diversity, and change management.
• Learn how work teams are built much the same way that a group
of non-drummers transforms into a performance
