This class is apporpriate for students ages 13-17. This class will empowers teenagers to become more self-aware and confident.

These young women will gain a sense of well-being while developing strength and flexibility, and also learn breathing and relaxation techniques.

Through a playful mix of heart- opening poses, thoughtful discussion, meditation and breath work students will be exposed to the concepts of non-violence, truthfulness, gratitude, moderation, and the cultivation of compassion and joy.
