Our Restorative Yoga Workshop will help you slow down and open your body through passive stretching.
This 2 hour class will consist of less poses than a traditional yoga class. Each pose is done with a prop and poses are held for a longer interval that a traditional yoga class.
During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress.
